For the first time in three months, Formula 1 returns with consecutive race weekends. The seventh round of the 2026 season takes place at a familiar circuit under a new name.

The Circuit de Catalunya stages the Barcelona-Catalunya Grand Prix, the updated title for one of Spain’s two scheduled races. The Spanish Grand Prix will be held at the new Madring circuit later in the European season in September.
