Formula 1 returns after an unexpected five-week break this weekend, and in a further surprise Formula 2 will join the action in Miami.
What was meant to be the fourth round of the world championship became the sixth after the Bahrain and Saudi Arabia races were cancelled. The Miami Grand Prix will proceed as a sprint event, but rule changes introduced since the previous round mean the FIA has extended the opening practice session by 30 minutes.

Update: Following Saturday’s qualifying session the FIA moved the start times for the Miami Grand Prix and the Formula 2 feature race because of the threat of rain. The revised times are shown below.
